Working in customer service and sales for over 15 years has taught me that people don't need to be convinced on some mind-blowing product. They just want to understand what they're getting before they hand over their money.
They want a clear message.
But that's the problem with most sites. Business owners think the more five-syllable words they use, the more people will like them. (e.g. "We excel in revolutionizing market interface utilizing dynamic partnerships.")
That ain't it. We need clarity. So I'm bringing plain language to the table.
My writing style is rooted in simplicity and transparency. I believe every message gets better when it's boiled down to words everyone can understand.
